Counter-Notification Process:
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
1.Electronic or Physical Signature
2. Identification of Removed Material and location where it appeared before removal
3. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Consent to Jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district
5. Statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
Response Timeline:
– We will acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
– We will act on valid notices within 3-5 business days
– Counter-notifications will be processed within 10-14 business days
– Removed content may be restored after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files legal action
Repeat Infringer Policy:
watchamateur.com will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws. We maintain a system to track and respond to multiple infringement claims.
