The records required to be maintained under Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are held by WatchAmateur.com.
All records are maintained at the above business address and are available for inspection during normal business hours by appointment only. Requests for inspection must be made in writing and include reasonable description of the records sought.
This compliance statement covers all sexually explicit content contained on watchamateur.com, including but not limited to:
– Visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct
– Simulated sexually explicit conduct covered under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A
– All images, videos, and other visual media
Content produced prior to July 3, 1995, is exempt from these record-keeping requirements. Additionally, certain user-generated content may qualify for exemptions under specific circumstances.
Records are maintained for a minimum of seven years from the date of creation or five years after the business ceases operations, whichever is longer.
Under federal law, producers of sexually explicit material must verify and maintain age records for all performers. This includes government-issued identification, legal names, dates of birth, and performer consent documentation.
